I do not remember if first ban is supposed to be 30 or 90 days.

But I am sure once he's back, he will get himself banned a few more times with ease, and then permanently. That is one thing you can almost always count on. Once unbanned, they come back to the same antics, attacking the same people, with a vengeance.
