I am looking for a logo for a site I am working on.

I will throw $100.00 out for the winner. Paypal preferred, unless you wanna wait a few days for me to load back up epass. Which doesn't matter either way to me. Just giving you a head's up.

I am thinking maybe a Blue, Orange, Grey color scheme. I may need winning logo tweaked to project specs. So let's have some fine as you whip off some quick logo concepts.

Over the years I've had them done from $50-250.00.

I can tell you that the dollar amount is no indicator of quality, or creativity. I have had bad paying more money, and designers get that shit spot on, 1st draft, out of the gate for $50.00.

Some have it. Some do not. At least this way I see some different styles and ideas. As well, hopefully, find a good logo designer for other projects.

well, is the new trend, make people work in advance and pay the same (or less) than the cost of the service... just call it a contest! However, you'll see some entries since for some people here $50 or 100 isn't bad money at all, so if people wanna play, why not get advantage of that? You won't get the best work for sure, but if you get something decent and you pay just beer money then it's pretty smart business :2 cents:

What type of files do you need? For a website or for a print job?

Damn I wanted to do a logo contest too but I read the new rules and they say contests only for top advertisers. I didnt feel like getting banned.

I guess consider a name change? Call it the logo challenge? Designer face-off?

I dunno. When I think of contest, I think of a thread with 100's if not thousands of names I have never heard of firing off post bots for 50 plus pages trying to win .50 cents.

hey people whats up? whats wrong with this contest? whats wrong with 100 for the winner? if i have idea, i can do it in 15 minutes or so, if i dont have idea, i am not doing anything. and every work is good cause only working not talking will make you skills. so why are you people who never did anything laughing at design contests here? i am really not getting your ego or what the hell it is ... post some design or simply move, how easy it is ... wish luck to everyone who will try to put something together, i am sure there is at least half of designers who are not making more than few hundreds usd monthly, so stop crying and lets post some goodies! :thumbsup

np - in case you want to customize it (for the same price) hit me up on icq (or email, webmaster at multimoodia.net ) and we can maybe give it an eyepatch to make it more of a pirate, and use a font of your choice..

hey barefootsies, probably "toe" late but i quickly sketched something out, really rrrrrough since it's hand sketched. trying to get into doing some toons and stuff on the side for fun and whoever wants to pay me big loot RRRRRRRRRR lol

so where are all the designs? there are three designers on the board? strange that if somebody is looking for designer there are 10s of spamming designers crying and begging for work, where are you now? crying like little kid that nobody have work for you, but you are that fucking baller so you will be not bothering with some stupid contest ... i am speechless, i will be not surprised if no more contests at gfy to come, with three results ... thank you barefootsies and everyone who is still trying to get something from designers at gfy, and fuck off to everyone begging for design and not entering contest threads ... really, fuck off, i am sick cause most of the designers out there are only ego masturbating crybabies ...
