Which girls are the best to work with?
 

Assuming you have worked with girls from different countries.

So who do you think are the best girls to work with?

Forget about language difficulties, I'm asking about turning up on time, doing the job as you want, putting in a good performance, sexy, horny, fuckable and just generally a pleasure to work with.

Yes there are exceptions and I'm talking about a general opinion.

In my experience the Czech girls were the easiest to work with(language barrier not takien into account).

No fuss, they do what they are told and they tell you what they don't want to do.
They keep themselves fit as fuck and clean.

A lot of Brittish girls are full of it. Attitude here, arrogance there. Excuses, dead grannies, moms in hospitals etc.

I would say Eastern European girls are best. Not counting the Polish who are scared God will find out. LOL

US Midwest and South

as far as dependability/reliability - don't think there's any region that's any better or worse than the others - i'm just talking about looks and personality.

I've shot a few times in the US. New York, LA, San Fran, San Diego and spoken to a few US shooters. In general they think US girls are the worse for turning up on time. 10.00 means anything after 12.00 and they usually have to catch a bus at 4.00. :1orglaugh

Midwest and Southern girls must be different. :winkwink:

If you speak to most Danish or Australian guys in the business they will say Danish or Aussie girls are bad. Danes will do most things off camera and nothing on camera. They don't like the label of Denmark being a porn center. Aussie girls want to be Playboy or lingerie models.

Yet two of the best girls I ever shot, and dated, were Danish and Australian and they would do most things. Pity was I shot them only for solo girl magazine stuff. :(

Danish girls are fuckgin stunning. Sad to hear that, I always wanted to go and shoot there. How are they for lingerie type shoots?

to my experience, it's hard to say about a location, if i had to say, i hate working with italian girls..... too fussy and everything, worked with UK girls, usa girls, czech girls.... much more PRO and nicer for hanging out in general., italians PRETEND that they are this and that.... but then again, that depends.

Czech girls have the best reputation for professionalism - different culture, American kids are spoiled and lazy, even lower middle class kids. from what I know or have been told the girls there are often turning over some of their earnings to their families - in the US/Canada the money is gone as quick as they make it - all spent on self gratification.

I have shot in the US and in Europe and with out a doubt I would say the models in Europe are heads above anything in the USA. Reason being they are on time, bring what they need to and well they are much hotter than those in the US in my opinion. Girls in the US, when I did shoot there would generally never be on time, most had attitudes and some would actually count the number of shots you would take. When I shot in the states I would tell the agent I would take $50.00 from them if they were an hour late and and additional $50.00 per half hour there after..... Yes some did not even bother to show up so I would deduct that from the agent in terms of booking fees... :2 cents:

Do you think US girls are more likely to do it for real than say CZ girls?

I've found that American girls are nearly always easy to work with.... when the rent is due.

One of the things I did not appreciate when I first came to Czech was how little the girls needed the money and how little they appreciated what it would buy. When I first came here $300 was a lot of money and for students and unemployed girls it was a fortune. But they were living on $100 a month and did not need $300 for a days work. They would of liked it but did not need it.

So the financial pressure of them paying the rent or any bills was removed. The work had to be something they would do and enjoy. Today prices and living standars have sky rocketed and the girls have more bills to pay.

It's got it's plus and minus points.

How do you find the girls in foreign coutries? Do you advertise in newspapers, on the net or use agencies?? Or just meet them on the street? :winkwink:

I cant seem to find a good way to search for them when I want to make my own content.

I have to agree that Czech girls are very good to work with.

Also girls from Serbia and post-soviet countries are OK most of the time.

We use all these methods. Just did a casting today and you should of seen what turned up. 3 very plain Janes. But I think we probably will clear $1500 from the day. You need to know how to shoot them and what to shoot of them. Plus where to sell it.

If you want to say that their living situation is much harder these days, its not true at all.

I live in the neighbourhood and I agree the fees and prices are much higher now but the average salary has increased dramatically as well + the unemployment was lowered a lot so now every bitch here has no problem to get a job and they are getting spoiled since they have so many opportunities - so compared to the past, I remember people complaining about lack of job opportunities, low salaries and I bet many more chicks would do this back then compared to present. They are so spoiled now, shame :( We need to move more on the east :winkwink:

I have more amateurs turning up for castings than professionals. In fact on a casting I would say 75% of the girls get no further than the casting because they are for us too amateur. Or too plain. Look at what turned up yesterday. :winkwink:

As for shooting amateur style, well you can shoot or we can. Or if you insist on it being the real McCoy amateur I can grab a guy off the street to shoot it. Or we can get her boyfriend or another models boyfriend to shoot it. Shooting amateur is a breeze. The reason we don't shoot it most of the time is the money it makes FOR US.

The average salary has increased. But that would be managers, secretaries, etc and not 18 to 22 year old girls who need money. In 30 years I don't think I've had many on an average salary. ;)

I shoot mostly students, low wage earners and unemployed. They are still on a low wage, higher than ten years ago, but they are walking past designer shops and they want to be well dressed. ;)

yes, true the young chicks 18 - 19 that still go to school are something different.. they cant get a job yet and some of them really need (or want :) money.. but then many chicks that would be suitable (meaning nice) will better try normal modeling or some non nude posing :-( They will hardly get into some fetish.

As for the average salary well that also depends on where do they live, which city. In our capital there are tens of shops (in the shopping centers) offering a job all the time.. My friend worked there as a seller getting around $800 monthly for sitting on the chair and browsing the net all day since not many people went to the shop, and that is a good money for a seller in my country.

I will contact you if I get some time.. The stuff I want to shoot would be some fetish oriented, I want to make my own site. I am offering them about $100 - 130 per hour.. I think its enough isnt it?

In my experience, czech and russian girls are the easiest to work with, made good experiences with other east european countries too. German and Dutch girls are also 80% great to work with. The few south european i've worked with, well, at least they're more complicated.

But anyway, had maybe 1-2 of 100 who were really shitty to work with. Kinda good % i think :D

Also - you get what you pay for - i guess every girl is working better for a fair price. If you pay them 20$/hour don't expect wonders :D

Also, semi-pro girls are harder to deal with than with amateurs or real pro's. I guess that's mainly because most of them think they're the next supermodel of the year but in reality they're just a girl-next-door with some more cash in the pockets and a more expensive stylist :D

Girls with experience will get $800 in a good shop but it's not normal for most of the country or shops. But $800 does not go far here. And not the sort of job most 18 to 22 year olds without experience get.

Where are you?

Should be enough, depends on how many hours, what the girls are doing and how good/busy the girl is.

Some harcore girls here will not turn up for less than $500 a scene. They're in demand and the sites and producers that want this level will pay them.

I am from Slovakia, thats a salary in the capital, sure its different in other towns. That friend worked in a shopping center selling luxurious stuff for ladies but there are lots of such shops. She was 22 or 23, not that great looking just average girl. She had no experience at all. :) It depends but I say they have a lot of options now.


I think 2 - 3 hours a day would be enough, once or twice a week. Those movies are not hardcore, toys only + some special fetish maybe, my fantasy is huge :winkwink:
