Madawgz do you have a torrent site?

just asking?

i remember talking to you on icq once about it. i think the logs are on my other machine at home. i just would like to clarify without going searching through my logs. i am asking because of your response in one of the other threads. kinda seemed like you support them.

just curious.

pocketkangaroo 08-13-2007 04:47 PM

He was trying to sell peekvid.com for someone awhile back.

Malicious Biz 08-13-2007 04:47 PM

And are you now, or have you ever been, a member of the communist party?

Humpy Leftnut 08-13-2007 04:54 PM

Of course he has, that suit says KGB all over it

DateDoc 08-13-2007 04:56 PM

He mentioned it before too and if I remember rightly yes he does or did own torrents.

Klen 08-13-2007 05:22 PM

I know owners of some large torrent sites(not big as piratebay but still large)
but i do not support torrent sites.I used to be active member but things change.

madawgz 08-13-2007 05:42 PM

dont own any torrent sites at the moment

i used to run a large one a few years ago, LiveTorrents.com, but i sold it

all i was saying is, if you're nice when asking a torrent site owner to remove your content they will probbly comply

if you have problems with any of the big ones for removing content let me know, like thepiratebay, torrentz, torrentreactor, mininova, isohunt etc...i know all the owners...just webmasters like you and me, i can talk to them about removing your content if you want.

just trying to be kind...

RayBonga 08-13-2007 05:44 PM

Someone is going to ask to remove all copyright content, will they do it?

if you send a request to a torrent site owner, nice about it...they will probbly remove it

now...lets say you send an email with tons of legal threats etc, they will just laugh at you...

thats the reality

tehHinjew 08-13-2007 05:51 PM

ps: as madawgz life coach and adviser, he charges a small fee of 1500 usd

I'm no content producer or exclusive content paysite owner but I'd imagine I would have a hard time "asking nicely" to have my stuff removed :upsidedow

so you ask nicely to have your stuff removed and they can decide if they want to or not?

That's like asking a bank robber to kindly return the money.

I prefer the lawsuit direction and it seems to me that our laws suck if for no other reason than chasing down the people that own these sites or finding a way to shut them down or block them when it's proven they are carrying stolen content.

It's amazing it has been going on for this long... maybe I should say to hell with my content site and represent all the owners that are getting fucked.... I would be happy to organize the industry and get paid for it.

they shouldn't have anyone's content on there anyhow. they know they are profiting from stolen content. shit they probably slurp it all themselves.

why should anyone have to ask to have their content taken down from somewhere that they know damn well it shouldn't be in the first place?

thats my point.

you shouldnt have to ask to have shit removed that shouldn't be there anyhow.

btw, i don't have issues with you. i just think its funny.

Ok, sounds good, on behalf of all adult webmasters and programs could you go ahead and talk to them about removing EVERY PIECE OF CONTENT that they don't have the proper licensing for? That would be great if you could just go ahead and do that right quick...

ultimatebbwdotcom 08-13-2007 06:19 PM

I hate having to ask nicely to get stuff removed but, its better in some ways to do it that way and just get it removed and take action elsewhere.

Its the action elsewhere I'm waiting for and will gladly jump into assist.

In a perfect world.....

but it's not.

tg989 08-13-2007 06:23 PM

If you are an independent content producer and you ask me to take off some material that you own, it comes down.

If somebody from copyright-compliance.com sends me an email with 8 pages of links from my site that looks like monkeys on keyboards typed up, chances are it wont even get opened.

If you were to send me an email that told me you were going to sue my ass off because you noticed something you produce or promote is on my site, then i'll gladly wait for the suit in the mail before I take it down.

One thing you have to understand is that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

you shouldn't have any of that content on there. not one piece. it is stolen. you are a thief. bottom line, lets call it what it is.

what site is yours?

surely you aren't afraid of our suits. i want to make sure we get the address right.

thanks.

Wait... can you add all the content you don't have 2257 info for as well while you are at it (gee.. that would probably be all the amateur content as well of little suzy the 18 year old sending her BJ clip to you... etc etc...).. wait.. I think that's pretty much everything.... thanks.. appreciate it.

Love the hardass attitude here. LOL would wait until the suit arrives.

Even though the honey workes better.... Again.. why should I go to the bank robber and ask kindly for the money back..... ITS STOLEN!!!!!!!

Note to self: Don't trust "air3k" with information discussed in private icq message.

Kevin Marx 08-13-2007 06:31 PM

Just a thought... but I would be happy to be nice right after you cut me a check for all the sales you have made using my stolen content.... oh yeah.. without the standard 50/50 cut since you aren't a registered affiliate using approved materials.

Wait.. don't have those kind of records.... OK.. I think the lawsuit works.

stfu, if you want something kept private you tell that person otherwise its fair fucking game..

so sick of people saying "OMG HE PASTED ICQ LOGS"

seeric 08-13-2007 06:38 PM

dont ever talk to me on icq about anything you want kept private. if you want it private say so. which nothing was stated.

i did not solicit said conversation either. i found the logs and i was solicited about torrent sites.

i didn't say anything to him at the time. i blew it off as he is a young guy and doesn't know who he was talking to about something that i feel strongly about. if he knew i felt so strongly he prob wouldnt have contacted me.

Mutt 08-13-2007 06:38 PM

hahaha - we are supposed to dance like monkeys and ask you mutherfucker thieves to kindly remove our content and because you are such all round great guys and businessman we're supposed to be happy and thank you?

go fuck yourselves and stop the disengenuous politeness - you are a thief, Legendary Turd is a thief and so are the rest.

riddler 08-13-2007 06:41 PM

the adult industry needs a company like every other big content company has such as MPAA, RIAA etc.. to fight for us..

but it will never happen because all the multi million dollar companies support sites that steal shit..

Here's a question for you.... as a webmaster/content producer/ website owner, affiliate, etc... how much would you pay to belong to such and have them represent you and protect you?

I know what it's worth to me.. but curious for the rest of you.

Antonio 08-13-2007 10:10 PM

has anyone successfully sued a torrent site? they don't actually host the content, so that might be tricky ... or am I wrong?

They don't host the content - but I'm curious as to what could be argued in court regarding the content only being available because their program displays the links and therefore the method of where and how to find what you want.

Without that - torrent sharing wouldn't exist.
