That's totally false.. In design you don't need someone working the boards to make sales. Especially as much as he was. You don't see webinc, MGK, dickman, ADK, the list goes on and on, you don't seem them with a rep here full time posting and blah blah blah.
Designs sell themselves, if you have what someone needs and wants you'll get tons of work.
Plus, you just told a lie Jon, how could he have done a lot better??? In that original thread you and he stated that the sale was fully booked up... How can a rep do any better then selling out your full design quota? Care to explain?

How do you know if someone isn't cut out for sales in a week? Doesn't it take a little while to build up some communication with people, discuss options in design, etc? Doesn't seem like a lot of time to see what someone is capable of.Comment
