Shane's World growth and expanison = NOW HIRING!

First of all, please read carefully. YOU CANNOT WORK REMOTELY.

Los Angeles Based Preferred above all.

Last time I posted this I got 40000000000000000 ICQs from people living all over the world. This is an inhouse only position and I am sorry, I will not consider remote. No chance at all. Basically this is a Los Angeles post I guess.

THE MISSION: Find an Elite Online Soldier for Online Army's Growth Spurt.

The Position:

Content Manager, Webmaster, and Overall Ass Kickin Online Soldier

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:

- CMS (Mansion)
- Production Knowledge
- Working with Images and Video in multiple formats. Ability to take images from shooters and turn them into usable web format. Light video editing will be required.
-Knowledge of Final Cut Pro (Not required, but hot if you know it. I CAN teach you this.
-Web Development Skills. (php, html, scripts, etc.)
-Photoshop Skills. (Enough to perform)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
* Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.

The Duties:

This is an open ended job opportunity. You'll be working with and reporting to me, handling the online support, managing the content, making some animated gifs and some other minor artwork stuff, so photoshop would help, but not looking to turn you into a designer. I basically want a well rounded person that wants to find a home for a lifetime. I am not looking for someone who wants to sit around on their ass and fuck off. I'm the funnest person in the world to work with, but I do just that, work, and work hard. I'm not looking to babysit anyone or experience firing someone who doesn't have the passion to kick ass and take names.

I'm open to teaching the right person the skills listed. It is more important to have a good knowledge of marketing and why something sells. It is also more important to be ambitious and willing to work and be on time.

This is an IN-HOUSE FULL TIME JOB, located in Chatsworth in the San Fernando Valley, CA. This is not a remote working opportunity.

Pay is based on experience and the amount of workload you can handle. If you know me, you know I like to bust ass and stay busy. That comes with reward.

Please send your resume' and contact info to me at [email protected]

Send me your skill set now and take the first step towards being a secret agent in my fraternal army of fun.

Airek

huntington beach is quite far to commute to the valley everyday.

you're looking at 2.5 - 3.0 hours a day in commute. on a good day.

hours are 8am - 5pm. terrible traffic hours for the 405.

seeric 01-08-2007 02:20 PM

get back up there

TDF 01-08-2007 02:22 PM

Bump for A1R3K...

Sounds like a great opportunity for someone.

If you've never lived in The Valley I assure you it and the surrounding areas are a blast. If I were young and single, and wanted to get my 'business & party' on, THIS is something I'd jump on in a NY minute.

Good luck to you finding someone here and congrats to whoever gets this position.
