Video evidence of US tactical nukes in Iraq

I was skeptical at first, but it's there.

3:56

Massive white flash and then mushroom cloud.

http://www.halturnershow.com/Tactica...tedInIraq.html

Also of interest is that when the Iraq war first broke out, they hit one of Saddam's bunkers and claimed to have destroyed it. The maker of that bunker stated that the only way to penetrate it was by using a tactical nuke. Are we seeing such a weapon in the video?

After Shock Media 10-21-2006 01:25 AM

Ummm you do realize that they were targeting an ammo dump right?
Just because an explosion is suddenly larger and produces a mushroom cloud, it does not mean a nuke. Specially if they are bombing AMMO for gawds sake.

Plus this is Baghdad right? Umm where are the people that would be getting radiation sickness and burns? Remember the press was there from the onset.

JOHNNY_BUTTHOLES 10-21-2006 01:25 AM

damn. but it reads as if the nuke when off when the ammo dump caught fire. they didn't drop a bomb.

yeah they didn't drop a bomb, an American ammo dump caught fire or was attacked.

Tac nukes do allow for quite a bit of variability in energy output, the smaller ones probably wouldn't produce radiation sickness/burns to effect much of the surrounding area. Still, no way they used a damn nuke in Iraq lol... USA doesn't want to be known as the monster that used the bomb twice.

sacX 10-21-2006 01:36 AM

what the fuck is that website about it has an ad "for whites" only webhosting.

"In order to have your web site hosted by us, you need to be a straight, white, non-jew. If you meet these basic criteria, you _may_ qualify for membership in our club and for our service. "

Zorgman 10-21-2006 01:39 AM

Impressive to see. Bad for the people around it.

If that was the case then why when I am gunna get an MRI or something, do they cover my head and jewels in a lead blanket, inject me with some odd fluid in a strange metal vial, while wearing what appear to be lead lined flak jackets and then retreat behind a one foot wall and use a microphone to talk to me?

I think even a small nuke would cause radiation issues with people.

MRI’s don’t use radiation, they use a strong magnetic field w/radiofrequency waves. They like to use those on your junk so that future little bob doles and calista flockharts can be born. X-rays and stuff like that… they are focused radiation so I guess they want to be more cautious (but I’d say this has a lot more to do with lawsuits than anything else). Brief exposure to x-rays only account for 15 or 16% of annual exposure to the average person from radiation, over 50% of the radiation we are exposed to yearly comes out from the ground in form of radon gas.

While I’ll agree getting an x-ray would be much safer than any tactical nuke the tinier nukes are only 100 sticks of TNT in energy output, there’s simply no way something that small is going to cause much fallout. Sure it’ll be detectable (as the area exposed will be in the thousands of times greater than ambient radiation) but its ability to harm human life is going to be extremely minimal minus the intended area it blows up at.

Technically we did use it twice...
Hiroshima and Nagasaki

But I don't think that was a nuke, it would have been all over the news with Bush saying "I told you so" LOL

nope, that was just a flash fire from the ammo dump blowing up

A can of spray paint tossed into a campfire produces a mushroom cloud. Nukes arent the only things that make those, ya know.

Just FYI burning and/or blowing up a nuclear weapon will not cause it to detonate. :2 cents:

So how long have you been muslim Matt26z? Or are you simply an insurgent sympathizer who likes to spread terrorist propaganda?

Either that or you are a gullible fucking idiot who doesnt do any research on the information he is being spoon fed by his liberal nut rubbing buddies.

Bunker buster bombs made entirely from conventional explosives create MUSHROOM clouds lol.

Well, Bush has gone on record stating he would use tactical nukes on on Iraq, Iran and N. Korea even if it was pre-emptive. So all one has to do is read cnn.com to conclude that it's a possibility reagrdless of what side of the polictial fence your on.

Don't think this video is convincing evidence though.

It's very hard to say on nuke weaponary Matt, but seriously doubt this was one. Other than massive core damage estimated up to a $1 billion, deaths and further damage to the surrounding area, - there does not appear to be changes (other than those expected) in atmospheric readings in the area. Camp Falcon is a well-monitored region right now - not just by the US :winkwink:

But... until otherwise proven, there is plenty reason to question any aspect over Iraq - elements of "occupying forces" are not exactly known for truth, but have a track record of deviation, lying and torture and little doubts they have used chemical devices (skin burning agents) to a level. The admin have already indicated they have a mental sanity imbalance and declared they will use nuclear weapons in that region - and elsewhere.

interracialtoons 10-21-2006 11:10 AM

if that aint a nuke then there is no such thing as a nuke.

fuck the mushroom cloud! Nothing produces that kind of flash except a nuke!

Period.

You can blow up all the TNT you can find without getting that kind of flash.

That was a "light bulb flash"; regular munitions would have created a flamed flash that would have lasted much longer. Flames dissipate much slower than nuclear fusion.

I stand on my training as an NBC officer in the US military at The US Army Chemical School at Fort McClellan in Aniston Alabama!
NBC stands for Nuclear, Biological and Chemical.

It was a tactical nuke!

End of fucking story.

Sorry buddy, that dutch explosion is nothing at all like the one in the Iraq video. Here's some advice...stop claiming you know someting that you have no experience with at all.

The fireball in the dutch explosion is clearly not a nuke. The cloud formed is in no way similar to that of a nuke or of the Iraq video.

Consider that the simple possesion of a tac nuke in Iraq is not any indication that it would have been used. It's just a case of "take all the fucking guns so if we need them they will be there".
This is nothing unusual. Naive people just can't phathom that the pure, innocent US would do such a thing. Get the fuck over the nice pure country bullshit...our troops are commting rapes and murders over there and Bush is willing to do what ever he can get away with to win this one.
