Ok, shot this girl today, she has never been in front of the camera, she is 19, she looks older to me, but thats what her id states.

I am really undecided on this one, there is something that is not doing it for me, can i get some feedback please. So far i have been told her hair is no good, which i agree.

With all due respect (because I usually love your stuff), I'd have to say no. I could easily nitpick her, but I'll just sum it up with "No." Maybe back that up with "you'll regret it"
