Well, not to be negative AGAIN but if i understand it correctly now its the non webmaster postwhores who are gonna make money?

No serieus webmaster is gonna post like crazy for a few bucks.

I dont understand these contests. Why not attract serieus webmasters with traffic and give away prizes like gallery spots and ads. Something both the webmaster and program owner benefit from.
