Something was banned text wise in the url from what I can tell...

yeah because the [ and ] are used for the replace codes for url/code/php etc etc (also for closing / opening those replace codes)

and the [product_id]=1&value[coupon] are both inside it so the forum sees those as either a close/or opening part of the "code"
hence the not working / replacing it with the "HAHAHA;" stuff (which is used when a banned word has been found (now it was a "banned" special character)
