I do 30... then throw in some other exercises, then do another 30.
So 30 at a time, 60 a day. Not amazing, but it's not the only thing I do for my hour. |

about 30 I think.. if you can do 100 and you're not working out regularly you're either lying or doing the push-ups wrong!

I can do about 15-25.. but Ive done this daily once and its easily increased.. I was over 60 once, won't be doing that anytime soon, I don't weigh 160 pounds anymore haha.

I just tried.. the sad truth is I could only manage 22 (I was expecting 50 at least)... and my entire body was shaking at that point, I had to stop :( -- I really have let myself go over the last couple of years... Time to start getting healthy again - thanks for the wake up call!!
