If enough people contact image venue you could prbably get his domain blacklisted. That would seriously fuck this guy as thats where ALL his images are hosted. Surprised no one has got that route yet.

why would any affiliate promote the program with this jerk at #1 of google? people just go there then instead of joining the site and you wont get any sales

AFF is well-know to be the sponsor of choice for such type of sites (plus some other "bad ones")
