I bought a new bike (lots of pics)

I figured I was about due, and needed something I could carry my laptop on so I could go on road trips, and conduct business. I have never owned this style bike before, but I have to say, it was worth the wait. It will be interesting to see how many miles I can put on in a day, as this is almost as comfortable as my car.

FYI, the first store bought Harley I bought cost more than my parent's first house. You are kind of young, so you may not realize that homes did not always cost as much as they do today.

hezochiah 05-24-2006 06:28 PM

Nice bike man, congrats. I liked that yellow one you posted on here earlier in the month too, but this is nice.

pussyluver 05-24-2006 06:32 PM

Whew!!!!! For a second I though you might have bought a rice burner.

Nice ride for sure. stereo, air-conditioning.....

Two types of bikers those up and on their way down and those down on their way up... Older saying than Christ. Last time I was on a bike I dumped it and swore never again. Smart move on my part!!! Not enough presence of mind to really ride a bike day in day out. Mopeds don't count. Guess you'd laugh your ass off at me on all 49 cc of power. Tomos rules!!!!!

If I were to ride a bike, it would be a Harley or nothing. Period.

Be safe with your new ride!

And gramps again pulls the age card. I'm quite aware of what the price of real estate used to be.

btw, nice bike, im not a big fan of touring bikes myself though.

UtahSaints 05-24-2006 06:35 PM
