OC Cash is looking for a well rounded webmaster to step up to the plate and join the team.

We are looking for an experienced webmaster that will be aiding in the day to day operations of OC Cash. Must be able to work in a team enviroment and communicate responsibly. This is a great opportunity to get your hands dirty in one of the fastest growing adult affiliate programs out there.

Responsibilities:
- Working very closely with our tech department rolling out new features to the sites, members areas, and affiliate programs.
- Teaming up with our support team to help supply the top customer service available
- Developing the sister sites of our network

Qualifications / Experience:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS (not just wysiwyg type stuff . . . real knowledge)
- Basic programming (php mostly)
- Basic database knowledge (mysql mostly)
- Basic design knowledge
- Basic server knowledge
- Great communication skills (speaks English fluently)

Positive Additions:
- Previous experience with NATS/CARMA
- Experience with TGP's and Submitting
- Experience with Link Lists and Free sites

Whoever wants to work 8 hours a day should not be in adult and online entertainment at all. This industry demands 24 hour attention, 7 days a week because the Internet doesn't sleep and not everybody can deal with that. Just my experience though.
