OMG, I can't fucking stand it! I feel like taking a rake to my tits they are so itchy. But, you know, nipple skin is pretty delicate, so I'm reduced to rubbing them furiously trying to ease the itch, which just makes me look like some perverted nympho freak.:Oh crap

Try to rub some ice in it. It's normal to have an itchy nipples but not that long.

what is beta methasone - antiallergy?

it's a cream that contains cortisone for itching relief .... don't take it over a long peroid of time .... just a few days ....

have someone suck on them or slice them off with a sharp knife

then beta methason only will relief itching.

Ice really helped, actually. I've been avoiding using soap actually, because I've nursed three babies to six months or older, and I recall that using soap and water can actually dry up the oils in your nipple skin. Generally people don't drag their nips in the mud, so just the soap that washes down your body when you wash your hair and upper body is sufficient to clean them without drying them. My mom is a Mom-Baby nurse in Tampa, so she's gonna bring me home some Lansinoh (sp?) to see if that helps.

That used to ALWAYS happen to me right before my period. It will stop for a few years and then start again. Some kind of hormonal imbalance I suppose.

Have you been takeing any kind of drugs like OxyContin? This could be a side effect to drugs or something you ate.
