Hi Everyone. Over the past two years we've grown at a very rapid rate. It really started when we acquired Thumbzilla.com and since then, things have been growing faster than we could have ever imagined. This year is set to be absolutely phenomenal. We kicked off 2006 by acquiring BlueFantasies.com in January and signing Dean Capture exclusively in February. We have more acquisitions in the works (both paysites and free sites) as well as some very exciting news to announce in the next 60 days.

As you can imagine, Mrs. Shap and myself can't do it all alone. ;) There are over 20 people on the Twistys team and now we are looking for two more key people to help us maintain our aggressive growth. These two positions are not just ordinary job openings, I believe they are career opportunities. In an industry with high turnover we work very hard to secure the best talent and make sure they are treated well, fairly compensated, and happy members of the Twistys team for years to come.

1st Twistys Career Opportunity: Webmaster of our Affiliate Program

We are looking for someone with the following...
Ability to execute our vision
Ability to manage the production of tours
Ability to develop the tools desired by our affiliates (fhg, fpa, blogs, etc.)
Ability to manage a team
Ability to work with programmers and get them to execute your ideas

This is a full-time position and it isn't a sales job. The key responsibilities of this position are to help us develop our affiliate program and produce the tools and ideas to help our affiliates make more money. Experience is a huge asset and ideally we are looking to hit the ground running with the person we hire. We aren't looking to show someone the ropes. We want someone with a proven track record that knows how to come in and get shit done.


2nd Twistys Career Opportunity: Free Site Developer/Webmaster

We are also planning to grow our free site business and are looking for someone with experience in free sites (By free sites I mean all sites that aren't pay (TGPs, blogs, review sites, etc.). We are looking for someone who can execute our ideas as well as bring new, innovative free site ideas to the company. Knowledge of free site scripts, traffic trading, free site building, etc. is a must. Again, we are looking for someone that will allow us to get rolling on this right away. I don't want to have to explain how traffic trading works. ;)

This is what I hate about a new laptop. I don't have everything together yet. Can anyone recommend an editor? I just really need it to convert txt files to html and to create some simple tables...

Our office is in Toronto. Ideally I'd love to have it in house. However if the right person comes along and they aren't able to work inhouse remotely will do.
