I just wanted to say. I am not the MB's photographer nor am I an employee. I had shot all of the content for JJ's launch before I even sat down with MB's. I have taken every image. Filmed every video clip. Edited all the content. All done on my equipment. All of this was personally funded by myself. So I am the owner of all of JJ's content. Model releases are released to me personally and my llc.

MB's and I don't view certain things the same. We did get into a heated argument over a certain issue. That was the last I heard from them about a week ago. Since then my world has been messed with. My e-mails have been read. My gfy account that I set up MYSELF, had been changed so I couldn't login. My icq's had been read and password changed.No access to JJ's site or stats. Pretty much cut off. I sit back don't say a word. I notice JJ forum being taken down. I hear about Josieandfriends.com. Then yesterday I see the thread about Josie and her contract. Fine if they want to go behind my back and do something and let me hear about on gfy. Go ahead thats not the type of program I want to be a part of anyways. I cut my losses. You have Josie go ahead shoot her for her new site. Good luck with it. I have spoke with Josie. She not sure what she has done. I support her and whatever she does. But after seening the post and after speaking with my lawyer. We decided I should take the content down off the site.

A few thing to be made clear. FTV is in no way involved. The quailty of content isn't the issue my opinion. I belive numbers big or small speak for themselves. I am not partnering up with Newbreed.I am looking into Camspot for Lia19. Someone got that from reading my icqs. But not all the way. I am building my next site. I look at this a learning process. it hard to see all your hard work go out this way and still try to do the right thing and be the bigger person. I wish thing were diffierent for everybody involved.

I want to remain as professional as I can threw all this I hope MB's will do the same. I want to be the bigger person and let content, programs speak for themselves. Please stop using my real name on the boards Mikey.

Don't know who to believe on this, but right or wrong YOU SHOULD OF not deleted anything, you aren't just screwing MOB, but ya screwing all their AFF, you really think anyone would promote your stuff after seeing this? If you did talk to a lawyer maybe he/she would of told you the right thing to do would of been take them to court send them a c/d letter if this content was truly yours! Just my two cents but all in all it sucks for a lot of webmasters.

Lia .. I am sorry for using your real name ..it won't happen again ..it was just a slip .. I can say a lot about the break but like i said before I do wish you luck ..we also spoke to our lawyer and he looked at the model release forms and they're to the owner of josieJunior.com which is us. we will be filing a suit for any damages this little trick may have caused. The content will be back up in a few hours and that's that.. Lets be honest ..you had like 8 sets when you pitched this project. we gave you a huge % to shoot it and put your name on it. when the content stopped coming on time and the quality went down. we tried to talk to you ... you refused to and we had to move on.

I'm not even going to post about again till maybe tonight ..i have to break this PC down and bring it to the new office.

exactly my point ..if she wants to fight for the content fine ..but why try to fuck the people your going to ask to support you later ... that's acting on emotion.
