I will take a conservative, Republican Supreme Court Justice over a liberal Democrat any day.

Liberals like to make waves, the Conservatives tend to follow the letter of the law,

I know when I am standing in front of a judge (and I am pretty confident I have more court time than any 2 GFYer's combined) that I have much better results with the old male conservatives than I have with some stupid, liberal chick judge.

See, that is the problem when you get people that do not understand the American political system.

The Supreme Court does not pass laws, the President doesn't pass laws, Congress does.

Now, when you get Congress trying to enact some law, like say COPA, and the conservative Supreme Court decides it is unconstitutional.

See, when you get a liberal court they try to make changes, changes that go against the letter of the law. Just like the liberal judges that decide that it is okay for gays to get married, even though the law says they can't. It doesn't matter if it is wrong or right, the only thing that matters is the law.

Conservative judges don't like laws changed, and that works to our benefit.

This is not a Republican/Democrat thing. If you recall from when you could vote, elected Judges don't even have a politcal affiliation associated with them. There is a reason for that.

If you are trying to imply that I vote Republican you could not be more wrong.

Okay, tell me, what has the Supreme Court ruled on (barring the 2000 Presidential election) that has had an adverse effect on your life or the "porn" industry? Seems to me that every time they make a ruling that might have an effect on us, they rulled in our favor.

Perhaps you can remind me of something I have forgotten.
