As a company, candid should tread lightly. Mud slinging will end you up in court for slander. Just try to act like the bigger person and let it go. Posting things about previous clients is not only completely unprofessional, but a lawsuit waiting to happen. Trust me.

1) Slander is for false statements about someone said in a VERBAL manner.

2) The proper term you should be using is libel, which is for false statements about someone in a WRITTEN manner.

3) These aren't false statements, so your argument is moot.

I don't badmouth honest people. However, everyone needs to know who the scumbags are in order to protect themselves. Many CJ traders and TGP traders don't have some of the sophisticated cheater tracking and detection systems we have in our software, which means that finding out someone's a cheater on the boards could really safe them a boatload of hassels.

Our anti cheater system is extremely advanced we get dozens of new cheaters joining EVERY SINGLE DAY, and it bags them all EVERY SINGLE DAY. I have news for you too. Slander and/or libel have nothing to do with the statements being factual. Ask your "legal team" about that. Defamation of another party/company WILL land you in hot water. Ever wonder why employers can't say much about previous employees? All they will say is weather they would rehire the employee or not. Nothing more. Saying anything else would open them up to some type of defamation suit. Same situation here. I am not rushing to defend sasush by any means, just pointing out that perhaps you should show some restraint. Especially when you're posting with your company name.
