DMOZ Listed Deleting Domains Notifies Added to IPalert.com!

Hi People!

We are happy to announce that DMOZ listed domains notifications are now popping off like firecrackers on the fourth of july for Pro and Platinum accounts at http://IPalert.com :thumbsup

IPalert.com's PDDW (pending delete domain watcher) has become quite a resource for webmasters to increase their domain portfolios and also protect their brand(s) from dilution.

For example, Homegrownvideo's Far-L reported capturing homegrowncamz.com last week via his usage of the PDDW.com service and he proclaimed his joy that UDRP's will not have to occur anymore. Homegrownvideo can now simply monitor the deletes and pick up their relative domains in order to preserve their brand!

Dictionary Domains, 3 Character Domains, DMOZ and Alexa-ranked domains can all be yours with regularity when you harness the efficiency and power of http://IPalert.com so jump on board now!

Our free Instant Backorder service has been added to all account levels per our previous announcement as well.

As of yesterday http://IPalert.com had the following domains listed:

Current List Stats:
All Domains: 158888
Snap Priority: 25497
.com: 98757
.info: 28515

.ca: 434
.edu: 2
2 character: 0

for us yes - you might be on the hunt for different domains however. the captured domains pay for themselves with the parking revenue and several protect our brands. different strokes for different folks. you would be surprised how many domains are expiring with traffic built in btw..

XPays 12-12-2005 02:06 PM

just landed xstc.com 2 minutes ago - no auction - straight-up capture --

XPays 12-12-2005 03:16 PM

you can also now create a free account and do demo keyword searches with the ability the first group of matches per search. also the instant backorder module is free. this will also put you on the mailer so you know what is new first.

XPays 12-12-2005 03:48 PM

per one of our user requests, we have also just added archive.org functionality to each listed domain.

JoeS 12-12-2005 03:49 PM

Hi Evan, will definately check it out!
Good DMOZ expired domains means residual traffic so that looks like a great resource. Thanks for the tip.

Xpays.. Always pays!

Joe S.

pradaboy 12-12-2005 03:54 PM

That's a very usefull feature, maybe it'll make me use it more often lol.

hi!!!!! if you have not configured the Instant Backorder feature yet- i highly recommend you take the few minutes to set it up. It can really speed up the process of getting domains backordered. IPalert needs to land just 1 doozy with you to pay off for the whole year or many years :thumbsup I will work with you to keep you on board, so let's see what we can do.

we also have scripted our very own backorderer as well and will have that live for our clients soon!

XPays 12-12-2005 03:58 PM

btw franck - pick the domain xbliss we captured for example- 350 uniques per day!!!! :-)

XPays 12-12-2005 04:17 PM

yahoo reports per domain will be live this week.

the free join form watcher module is also due soon..

Thanks my man.

Hopefully we cross paths at Internext and we can shoot the shit.....

We've never met in person as far as I recall, and I dont know what you look like.

But if you see someone that looks like this, be sure to say hello and flash the BP4L handsign.

Did you guys know that DMoz DELETES domains as soon as they EXPIRE?

They've been doing this for a while now. And some of the Dmoz domains don't have shit traffic. You may get lucky and find some though that still have traffic.

I bought one the DAY it deleted and DMOZ deleted it and I asked the editor why and she said they have special software that knows when the site changes ownership, hosting, expires or any of that. It usually gets canned within a week.

I only get a teeny tiny bit of traffic from it and it was listed in DMOZ for 3-4 years.

The traffic I get from it now I earned it on my own.

Just don't mislead people and make them think DMOZ will leave the domains listed in there after they expire! 9 times out of 10 they will delete it even if it expires a day or two before you buy it. And if the content changes, well, you can kiss it goodbye

J$tyle$ 12-13-2005 12:42 AM

www.IPalert.com and it's PDDW feature is my friend :)

IMO - every new domain purchase should be pre-empted first by feeding IPalert a few key words and giving it a whirl ...

:2 cents:

theoretically you are right; but in real life cyberspace it simply does not happen that way. there has to be a grace period or these domains would not still be listed in dmoz. we parse the dmoz 2 gig database regularly and dmoz listings are symptoms of other possible links and you can also put up relevant content and stay listed many times. some of the current expiring domains in the system have had nothing on them for 45 days but are still in the dmoz database today- so, dmoz is a great additional tool to indicate whether or not to go in for the kill.

JUST ADDED to http://IPalert.com btw: Yahoo and MSN and Archive.org for all expiring domains!!!!

Stampede!!!!!!!!!

Looks like a very nice service. Best of luck.

Far-L 12-13-2005 01:46 PM

We were totally impressed with it within 24 hours of running. Having just been through a costly ICANN dispute to win back a Homegrown domain we couldn't be happier with IPAlert.

Saved us money. Protected our brand. Provides opportunities to enhance the brand.

Sold.

Far-L you are making IPalert blush over here. I would like to add that quote to the testimonials section on the front page of http://IPalert.com if that is cool with you. That is a great example of using our tool to protect your interests. There are a wide array of reasons people use http://IPalert.com and a testimonial per each use would be pretty sweet indeed.

cool- thanks for the response and did you see club drop catch edition.com - seems like snap gets the majority of the doozies. winelist.com was a doozy. do you think it was worth more than 22k?

separate topic: people may notice that there are 2 catagories of services at IPalert- one is for Patent and trademark watching and the other is for PDDW (pending deleted domain watching). Please use the pddw if you are creating your account to utilize any of the Free or paid services regarding domains fyi.
