its basically public blowjobs but in UK its places like car parks and secluded areas that guys take there wifes and gfs to, these spots are called dogging spots

Dogging got its name from guys who would tell there wifes and gfs they were taking there dog for a walk and then head off to one of the locations.

When a car pulls up with a couple in they flash the lights and all the "dog walkers" converge on the car and the wife will normally suck them off from inside the car.

then they all fuck off home again.

Its very big in England and Europe and starting to grow in Nth America.
