What do you REALLY want from a webmaster program REALLY.

- ability to offer free trials
- multiple site tours
- payouts on any upsells


anything else u think would increase ur commision more?


Things which would make you choose to promote them
- free content (how much?)
- great promotional material
- cheques on time every 2 weeks

Free content is always nice, BUT to make yourself stand out above the crowd, make it HIGH QUALITY. Some places do give out nice stuff, but some places give out low quality stuff that I'd never use. The higher quality, the better :)

http://www.oliver-klozov.com is an example of a place that gives out GREAT content to it's webmasters. It's the best free content that I've seen a sponsor give to it's webmasters.

OR for those people that want the lower grade "web ready" pics, maybe you could have 2 versions of each pic, a "web ready" pic and a raw pic, so they could choose.

I can't think of any other things that you could offer. The checks every 2 weeks is also a good thing. You already hit up the other things like payouts on all exits.

Good content is what I look for. Obviously it must convert etc. but if there is good free content then I will give it a go ;)

A good stats interface. Fresh promotional material banners that are update from time to time. Most programs have the same banners waaaaaaaay to long.

How about just offering good and high quality websites so that the people I refer and signup don't feel ripped off and stay
member for longer than 3 days?

I'm not interested in flashy tours and empty promises it's plain
simple. If your site does not make my traffic happy then I will
not send them to your sites no matter how much you pay me
or how good you convert.

Reason? Quite simple...those people will not come on my site
again so I will lose the traffic I have to work so hard for to get!
I understand that this is not relevant for all sites...some are just
happy with 1 signup fee....however I think you paysites should start shifting your energy more in keeping members happy and
extending your rentention rates than just finding new ways to
some dollars from ignorant surfers!

check it out some time...I will have reviews online available for
my visitors for all sites that are listed....if it's good I give a good review if it sucks I tell them stay away from that site.

playa = agreed on the conversions. we have tested the sites i am talking about and there is defiently no problem on that, now i am concentrating on the affiliate program and the bells and whistles obviously do make some difference if not alot.

I'm also sick of sponsors adding a bondage site and not knowing anything about it....a chick in black leather with a whip, while hot, is NOT bondage...there are very few bondage sites where the sponsor seems to "get it"

I think that you should actually have a TOUR. I HATE how most sites just have 2 or 3 collage pages, then right to the signup section. Sure, you can sell some memberships, but you could sell more with a real tour.

Look at Amateur Pages, THAT's how you market a page, give the visitors some samples to show them what they're gonna see, don't have them click twice then go to a signup page.

Please make sure you have a shady celebrity site that claims to have Britney Spears nude. Oh and link codes that dont rely on cookies to count but rather the reffer code is in the url throughout including the credit card page. Oh yeah and have the abilty to control the scrub and make sure it is very loose. Oh yeah and make sure you have a good site so you dont have to fuck us over later when you realize you are paying out more than an actual signup is worth. Oh and pay 40 dollars at least per trial sign or 30 for a free trail sign. And dont use whoever designed maxcashes new tours.

Make it like ARS (free hosting and all) and you will be great!

premade galleries and hosted by the sponsor would be nice..like soulcash have....

I'd have to agree - premade gallery templates would be great (TGP2 ones would be awesome). Even a collection of free movies to use would be nice.

Hmmm now I'm thinking to:

Helpful support. Something along the lines of "run by webmasters, FOR webmasters"
Emailed stats every week/email notification of signups - heck you could even code this to page ICQ numbers
Gallery Templates/premade galleries
Exit traffic to the URL of your choice on certain programs

Sites like this always fail, you might as well cut your losses... seems everyday another one of these sites popsup... newbie webmasters seem to think if they say good things about a site (review wise)people will signup... as someone who has watched about 7 of these fail in the last 3 months, be careful

So here goes.

Plus it's simple really.

PAY THE FEEDER MORE THAN THE OTHERS.

That is done by converting more

DynaSpain has it right, conversions.

So the content on the feeder site is important but not as important as what's in and on the site they go to.

You can feed 1 million an hour, but if the site is crap whats the point.

Convertions is all the feeder site need. If that takes lots of HIGH QUALITY content, be prepared to have deep pockets.
Cos high quality aint cheap.

like mine is erotic.ranks.com and they seem to do quite alright pal!
