I've been working on my graphic skillz for a while... Im coming along, but it's still pretty amateur looking... I MADE A GRADIENT!!! ;)

Make sure your "non compete" is solid and air tight ......


If not then its as good as garbage in court, besides there are 25+ ways out of a non compete which many employers have no clue about

say amp, do you compensate for the nocompete? when i was selling my nonadult design company, they buyer wanted a 3 year nocompete. my attorney said i shouldnt settle for less than $400,000 in addition to what i got for my company.

Bad wording on my part... it's not a full-on No-Compete... it's just a Work For Hire Agreement. You work for me, your work belongs to the Studio, and you give away all rights to it on completion. You may not display the work on any other site without written approval from Studio Adult.

That's it in a nutshell.

Like I said... if your stuff is tight and you want to work, we've got work for you. You sign the Work For Hire Agreement and I'll put you to work. I've already got a few good guys that look to be very promising, but we're still looking for more.
