I'm SO fucking tired of lazy whiny affiliates
- you want free hosting
- you want free content - you want $100-200 for each webmaster you referee - you want free domains - you want 60% of the profit - you want me to do your fucking design work .. what do YOU do that entitle you to 60% - its called AFFILIATE - you are a PARTNER - a RESELLER of our goods.. its YOUR fucking job to SELL our stuff.. its YOUR job to buy domeins and hosting, and brand te fucking videos yourself - that is why we pay you 60% Do you see this happen in the real every day work? In your local supermarket, do you see the producers put price tags on the goods? FUCK no! its the reseller (in this case supermarket owner) If you want free stuff, then send us sales before you start to cry and demand freebies...... fucking freeloaders !!! |
Thats a good spam :)
|
tell us how you really feel, dont hold back! :winkwink:
|
Don't blame affiliates, blame the programs that start these trends.
|
Sad :sadcrying
|
Shut the fuck up. You can't do it yourself.
|
It's part of the deal. But free domains go to far. Referrals money you can decide yourself, there's no affiliate who can ask for this. It's part of your business plan/marketing. Free design work is additional, myself I do offer it. But only related in promotional tools if the affiliate end up not using it I'm still able to make a use of it.
:thumbsup |
I totally agree but you have to remember the ones that ask for the sky really don't have much to offer from My experience .
They need to show me some traffic first then I will deliver the goods and get there dick sucked |
Blame all other programs, not affiliates. Tons of other programs, in the effort to recruit new affiliates, are offering all that and more as incentives. Of course affiliates are going to ask you for stuff like that when those things have become the industry standard.
It's a catch-22..... you want the traffic, the affiliates (in quantity) have the traffic, but some affiliates won't join your program if you don't have all the same tools available to them that so many other programs have. If all program owners would be in sync and stop offering new "perks" and fancy features that I've come to call "gift tools", then affiliates would have a lot less to work with but also a lot less to whine about. Then again, some people are going to find something to whine about no matter what happens. |

I been damn greedy lately.
I want free content zip files with just the images in them, no thumbnails. I hope to see banners in the affiliate area, regular size and shape. If not oh well I can make my own assuming the zip files are available. |
You program owners are wrong in this thread. You guys need to realize the affiliates are your bitches. You are getting rich from us and we are working paycheck to paycheck. Even if the paycheck is 20k its still just a paycheck and you're doing recurring sales on our PPS. So stop being arrogant it sickens me. But theres thousands of lame little morons who will still promote you and that also sickens me.
|
I would never join your program after reading this...
|
Hmmm....if an affiliate shows good work, I happily deliver most of that...good for him, good for me.
|
if any one program doesnt offer all that...
someone else will and they take the traffic. simple. :2 cents: |
Some of these perks should be earned, not offered to just anyone. As a program owner wouldn't you want to see an affiliate send you a certain amount of traffic (and signups) before you go offering up the whole hog?
Just a thought. As I said, you program owners all want more affiliates, you're all competing with each other for affiliates... hard to call the affiliates whiners in that light. |

What does the affiliate do? He sends you HIS traffic from HIS site to yours, at that point its up to you and your staff to have a product that converts. If your shit doesnt convert, its not the affiliates fault, its the programs. Feel free to insert the 'our shit converts better then anyone else's' comment here. Dont worry, I will never sign up for your program or send you a single hit. Please feel free to come back with the standard 'I dont want your shitty traffic anyways' statement and continue to show us how ignorant you really are as you have no idea what kind of traffic/sales I push. All you do is whine, bitch, moan and complain about people who whine, bitch, moan and complain. Hmmm, odd isnt it. |
When Sponsors Offer: free hosting, free domains and design work all they are doing is making it possible for every retard to promote their programs.
When my business was 100% affiliate sales I looked for programs that had content and nothing more. I had galleries built with their content and mine where the only ones out there. Converted ten times better than and FHG that I could find elsewhere. My favorite is when I have a set of galleries made for one of the programs I promote and within a week I see 10 other affiliates using them, thats GREAT |

thats my mentality too. the people i spend the most time on in the past send crumbs. the affils that have the traffic actually cost me very little time. |
I only need 1 thing from sponsors: content. And that's in boths parties interst. If someone signs up he expects to be the content that he signed up for. To be honest I don't uderstand that sponsors even allow affiliates to promote their sites with content that is not in their membersarea.

I want content that I can work with and not shitty screen grabs, and a referral code that actually tracks. Plus, I don't want to spend 19.99 to 24.99 on my shitty dial-up to join a rev share site to see all the up-sells in the member area; sponsors, I do push traffic to the same companies that you are up-selling too. I rarely contact a sponsor and when I do, I hope they provide me a referral code that works since it was working. Once I submit a gallery, I can't change it...and I hope you (sponsors) enjoy the one or two sells you get and all the sells from the search engines in years to come. Yes, I am greedy affiliate :Oh crap |
our webmaster partners are our Customers and the customer is always right :thumbsup
then again - we don't give our customers much to bitch about :winkwink: |

if the program is not willing to go the extra mile to help me with anyhting i need then i do not need to go the extra mile and send them my traffic.
if your traffic converts you can take it elsewhere, i want to stay with sponsors who go to depths with converting my traffic at its best and going the extra mile to do the main thing of making me $. if a sponsor complained that i am asking for to much then that sponsor is obviously not suitable for my traffic. :2 cents: |
Roger is correct. The affiliates that "need the most help" usually don't offer any significant traffic. As oppossed to a pro, who comes in, signs up, talks to you on ICQ for two seconds, then is off to the races on his own hosting, his own domains, his own content, and his own tour.
I do admire the programs bending over backward for the "2 signups per week" affiliates though, you must have more free time than I do...or more third-world labor anyway... :winkwink: |
its ok, affiliates who continue to make these demands will soon price themselves out of the market, and the profit margins of the sponsors will go so razor thin they wont survive either. Affiliate marketing isnt the only way to buy traffic.

so what if you are a tgp owner and want free hosted galleries to fill in your cats. and are actually sending traffic + signups to hose sites? is that to much? that is to much to ask, i would think the sponsor would want control of the galleries anyway? |

don't forget affiliates make YOU money dude....even if they whine you should not post that shit here.
