JFK What state are you in. My friends in New Jersey go on a salmon run in polaksy NY every year and have to snag them becuase they are spawning and not really eating. So with that said I want to come over and fish!

I live in Ontario for those of you asking, and yes they are edible, you dont want the older ones try and catch the younger ones. They are quite nice on the bbq :thumbsup
