WOWOWOWOW.....what an insane taste...there were so many flavors running through my mouth and down my throat, it almost made me sick it was so powerful

anyway, I am drinking Pernod 68, the exact same recipe that caused Van Gogh to go insane and cut off his ear after years of drinking absinthe

I am still having a bit of trouble keeping this first shot down, and then drinking more...but I still have about 3oz left to drink out of the initial 5oz

Have fun.. my mate jumped off the garage roof of his house on abysinthe, woke up the next morning with a broken ankle. Good fun :D

i was told by the owner of the company that sent it, that 3oz of this with the 2 oz of water over the sugar cube would get me going nicely

Nah it was real. It was just my interpertaion of it. Mind you I can't stand Sambuca either or Jager...same taste only worse. Maybe it was the effect it had on my throat and sinus which led me to the gas taste lol. Either way, it was awful and kudo's to you for getting the 5oz down. Now, may I suggest you lock your knife drawer lol. Have fun, I too will be checking this thread periodically :P

the best I can describe it is, that feel;ing you get right before you start tripping hard on shrooms, the great feeling with so much creativity and almost some visuals

here is a BIG difference between this and being drunk

I am sitting here typing the same way I normally do, about 90wpm....when I drink and start feeling drunk, my typing loses it correctness, but right now, I am typing as normal as I normally do...no loss of motor skills or anything

I have ideas coming like crazy right now, and I am nursing this thread, but also have a word document open and am typing in it with all these ideas too

this is fun as shit, without the sloppiness of being drunk

i probably should take a wpm typing test right now, and see how fast I type

absinth makes you actully MORE alert than you usally are. Drunk/awake feeling is what makes you feel funny.. but watch out.. after a few shots or drinks you will fall asleep and you fill fall asleep HARD.
