I just spent a month on members area upgrades and enhancements
 

Check out the features list:

- We're moving to a $24.95 base, which gives every member access to the 2 last updates and 2 best sets for 28 sites, plus bonus feed content. 56 of our hottest sets and 56 new updates every week!

- We will have two trial options: a 2.95/3day 0-key trial and a 6.95/3days 1-key trial. The 2.95 trail is all the base content, with no keys, for 3 days and rebills at 24.95. The 6.95 trial is all the base content, plus 1 key, for 3 days and rebills at 29.95. Members can upgrade the $2.95 base trial to the 1 key trial for $4.00. The 1-key trial rebill will even let you re-use the key on a different site!

- Members can upgrade and add 1, 5, or 10 "keys" ---keys are used to unlock any premium site for a month --- for +$5, +10, or +$15, respectively. There is always an upgrade option, up to the 39.95 monthly 10-pack. Affiliates are credited for all upgrades!

- We'll also offer monthly pricing on every join page at: 0 keys for 24.95, 1 key for 29.95, 5 keys for 34.95, 10 keys for 39.95.

- If they cancel or fail rebill, we won't remove their user/pass -- it will still work -- we'll just lock the content down to thumbs, free content, and upsells only --- if the member rejoins we credit the original affiliate!

- We'll still have 30 tours, but all members will start on the same "network hub" page, which lets members use their keys on whichever site(s) they want.

- We can add "1 month only, guest appearance" websites!

- We can remove sites if necessary without losing its members!

Review site owners, you need to start planning your new reviews of our sites, we just seriously raised the bar for paysite networks and revshare programs!

Sorry Steve, but IMO, that whole "key" system is way too complicated for the average surfer. Good luck with it though.

Personally, I'd challenge any revshare affiliate program to match this:

It effectively gives the affiliate credit for the returning customers "typein joins" that everyone else is keeping!

Go to Wendy's, you'll get it.

We've been testing these ideas for over a year, and I respectfully think you are wrong about that.

You got some good ideas. You should develop a cascading billing + member management software for rev-share program owners . I'm sure you could make a killing from that ...

Seriously though, I admire the fact that you're trying to innovate and make yourself and your affiliates more money, but the fact that people who sell adult subscriptions for a living are having a hard time understanding your scheme would lead me to believe that surfers who buy a subscription every now and again will be royally fucking confused.

However I wish you the best of luck with the changes.
