I just bought my first home
 

The closing was yesterday morning, so it's officially my place now. :)

Moving from Tampa to Lutz (just 5 minutes north of Tampa). I've been living in Hyde Park but everything in this area is really old, decrepit and vastly overpriced. Like they can put a flaming pile of Shit on a tiny lot in Hyde Park and sell it for $400,000. :Oh crap
