Virtual value, they only make money through overture and very few advertisers, same goes for google, the google CEOs themselves already sold more value in stocks than google ever made profits.

They're doing projects like Google Earth and will make a ton off of those services; hopefully they do background checks though, so terrorists can't use the info... it's a little scary. Mark show 'Buildings' and then 'Schools' and you instantly have a large % of the building locations of schools around the world..

Virtual value means it's based on nothing real and somebody is going to pay when the bubble bursts and that might be you or any other investor that gets in at the wrong moment.

That's overture, the only others are companies like nintendo and a few movie related companies that pay for promotional myspace sites.

he sold his shit company broadcast.com to yahoo and then sold all his stock right at the top. Laughed all the way to the bank to the tune of over 1 billion. then he bought a sports team and had his lame ass show on tv.

He really comes across like an idiot on that show. He got super lucky everything played out perfect for him. (not that the same has not happened to me :)
