Finally my first pay site... OPINIONS NEEDED PLEASE
 

finally finished my first paysite and is now bringing in sales. I need some expert advice on disign, length of tour (maybe too long), pricing, content, etc.

right now the only pricing option is 29.95/mo but if surfer backs out of join page gets a pop-up window for 9.95/2 day trial that rebills 19.95/mo. too much? too little?

Like the expressed, SUPER HIGH RESOLUTION.. You obviously know that surfers on panty sites click the very detailed photos over the far away shots.

Your summary of the website is pretty 'recessed'. As in it is black, small and doesn't contrast much with the background. So had I not been a webmaster, I'd have never even knew it was there. I hope nothing important is written there.

You have good looking models. A big plus for that.

The Hi-Res samples really help tell the story.

They look very similar... Along with just about every sponsor out there...

Some time in July you will all wake up and realize that 2257 doesn't mean promoter, it means producer. (Remember Y2K?)

As a creator/producer of original content, I am not particuarly fond of sites which have no originial content. To me there are just leeches.

Under the new 2257, sites are required to keep files of the 2257 info for all the models engaged in conduct specified by 2257 shown on their site, whether they created it or not.

I say shame on the producers who sell model info to anyone with a credit card, and shame on the people who are too cheap or lazy to create their own content.

I guess this means that affiliates are leeches too.. especially TGP owners who give away your work for free.

The use of color is superb - the site has a slick, eye catching design, and doesn't look like so many of the other sites out there which appear to be designed by a hobo on crack.
