Little April: "Is she legal?"

I'm sure a few of you have seen this, but I never saw it posted here.
I stumbled upon a trailer of LittleApril, and watched it. At the end this came up:
http://www.kreampie.com/la.jpg
(Sorry for the watermark, I used demo software)

Now what the hell is that about?
"Is she legal?"
I'm sure she is...but why the hell would you put that in a trailer?
Most surfers want nothing to do with illegal pornography. This shit is off the wall.

I'm not bashing ***, because they seem to be pretty good guys, but why would this be put into a trailer? Just doesn't make sense.

The full trailer is @ http://galleries.littleapril.com/movies/02/promo.wmv

buddyjuf 04-25-2005 12:28 AM

wow... that is taking it even further than what it's at today...

I highly disapprove

bangman 04-25-2005 12:29 AM

At first I thought it was made by an affiliate, but then I noticed the domain was littleapril.com. I'm dumbfounded by this.

foxxx 04-25-2005 12:30 AM

swedguy 04-25-2005 12:32 AM

Hmmm. That is not very cool at all.

Why even imply that she's not legal?

Myst 04-25-2005 12:33 AM

this is just another reason of avoiding triplexcash

Kard63 04-25-2005 12:33 AM

Changed to 'bad traffic' 5 mnues after the post. Had to be a gfy'er. One thats up lat tonight lol.

bangman 04-25-2005 12:36 AM

It's beyond me - why would they even want to instill an ounce of doubt in the surfer's mind about the legality of the site?

Michael O 04-25-2005 12:38 AM

Look for the post when they announced littleapril.com
They proudly showed a trialer that ended with the same words "Is she legal?" they got flamed a bit over that and they changed it. But I guess they changed their minds again it is fucked up in my opinion the reason its the reason I never promoted ***.

Rorschach 04-25-2005 03:27 AM

controversy sells...

most of the people looking for little april style stuff are really looking for illegal teenage girls anyway...

Major (Tom) 04-25-2005 03:34 AM

Nothing illegal about it, but poor taste for sure.
Everyone always says these teens sites cater to the pedo, and the owners put up a good case that it doesnt. This is blatant. But as I said, it's legal. I seriously think we should spend more time going after real pedos and not this stuff.

I am not a legal expert but apart from being in bad taste I am not sure these kinda site are legal in UK and other non US places:

Since the advent of computer manipulated child pornography, several countries have passed legislation supporting an expanded definition of child pornography which includes "simulated" child pornography (where the person depicted is considered an adult by law but is obviously portraying a child) or "pseudo" child pornography which can be computer manipulated or computer generated pornography. In the United Kingdom, the law explicitly prohibits "pseudo-photographs" which definition includes "data stored on a computer disc or by other electronic means which is capable of conversion into a photograph". (Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 Sec. 7(8)(9)).

(7) "Pseudo-photograph" means an image, whether made by computer-graphics or otherwise howsoever, which appears to be a photograph.

(8) If the impression conveyed by a pseudo-photograph is that the person shown is a child, the pseudo-photograph shall be treated for all purposes of this Act as showing a child and so shall a pseudo-photograph where the predominant impression conveyed is that the person shown is a child notwithstanding that some of the physical characteristics shown are those of an adult.

(9) References to an indecent pseudo-photograph include?

(a) a copy of an indecent pseudo-photograph; and
(b) data stored on a computer disc or by other electronic means which is capable of conversion into a pseudo-photograph.

This is very interesting. TripleX sucks anyways. I'd stay far away from them even without this shit :2 cents:

kowntafit 04-25-2005 06:43 AM

Yeah that is going a bit too far I think.

Meta Ridley 04-25-2005 06:54 AM

I bet if there was some loophole where you could show 12 year olds having sex without getting in trouble half the webmasters here would do it.
Actually I guarantee it.

fris 04-25-2005 06:57 AM

do you know why the teenrevenue sites convert? because of the old men pedophiles out there. they want these girls. they want something they cant have.
