to be honest , at first I was a lil shocked when I saw the pic yesterday , but now a day later ,and when you think about it, its kind of a miracle that the dude is still alive,

I think the officers that beat him up held back a lil bit so they wouldnt get a case of police brutality after he died in custody ,

cause to be honest its a miracle the dude is alive and basically the dude should be put to the death fast !

the cop that was killed had two daughters and a family ,

its not like he was killed in a gun battle where he knew he was taking risks and it was either the suspects life or the cops life ( in that case its normal the suspect would try and make sure he lives rather than the cop) no , in this case the dumbass suspect decided he didnt want to be in the interview room and it might be a smart move to get the interviewing officers gun , shoot him and make a run for it ,

people who are that stupid and actually act out on such thinking deserve what they have coming to them, my heart goes to the cops family and co workes, the dude that got beat up will probably be ok in three of four weeks ,the guy who he killed on the workfloor will be dead for years to come and missed by his family for years to come

you're an asshole. If someone is a cop they DESERVE more respect then you're implying. Of course they get paid, they have families to feed. But it doesn't take away from the heroic work they do on a day-to-day basis.

This is misleading - This guy jumped from a third story window, was chased, and beaten down. It's not like the cops just beat the shit out of him for no reason. I've never jumped out of a third story building, but I'm pretty damn sure that after a jump that like I'd look pretty fucked up too. Then the cops gave chase to a man armed with a gun who had just stabbed someone, and moments before shot a cop. Obvoiusly the cops aren't going to be calling him "sir" when they catch up to him.

Anyway I think the guy shouldn't get death penalty...and should actualy be put in a college for like 3 months HAHAHAHAHA

Perhaps if the cop followed the rules they have set in place, namely the never wear a firearm into the interogation room, he would be home with his wife and kids right now instead of being prepped for his funeral.
