What? I just went through my affiliate code to vimaxextender.com and clicked "order right now" > "Pay by postal mail". There is absolutely no promotional code indicating I referred the sale whatsoever. In the "promotional code" box, I see "N/A".

What browser are ya using? Ill look into this

I tested it in both Firefox and IE. I'm assuming my affiliate ID should be showing where the "Promotional Code:" text box is, but instead I see "N/A".
