Very very very west of New York. You'll have to get past the gun toting, nascar driving, bible thumping states untill you hit California. Then head north untill the price of pot is less than $20/gram. If you see lots of Starbucks shops without a space needle in the horizon, you'll know you're there.

That's why i'm moving to Kentucky in January or Febuary not too hot not too cold...
