There was a topless Donut shop in FtLauderdale that was open for about 6 months. It cost them more than it was worth.

well first off, the girls will have to have a license to cut hair.

How do i know this? My girls sister is licensed to do hair here and it is not easy.

your run of the mill stripper will not be able to get a license, it takes awhile.

there is a state-run test also to do hair.

so not only will you be going against the grain, but there are more obstacles than you know of.

If they approve that, then they should approve the topless car wash I have been wanting to do on Sunset Blvd for years.

i think in cali, you gotta have 2000 hours plus you gotta pass a written and practical exam. i think shampoo assistants only need about 500 hours. could be wrong though.
