Damn, 3 or 4 years ago that name was for sale at 16k and my 2 partners decided that it was a better move to offer the same amount for made.com, offers rejected by the owner.
I always though that they were fools and I would've bought cams.com myself if I had the cash at that time.

Cams.com was bought from Greg R (domain speculator), about two yrs back. The amount? Well, I do not want to disclose/divulge such figures as I do not want to tamper with Lens sale. Just letting you know, it wasn't a reg fee domain. Lens did purchase it on the secondary market.

Auctions are good for the seller, but its hard to get a great steal with all the other domain hounds bidding against each other and you never know if others in the auction are pumping things up to move the price.
