you kind of showed your true colors right there |
I think that anyone is better than Bush. I'd even vote for Spacedog over Bush.
My philosophy is this. Bush was in office for almost 4 years now and what did he do, he raised our deficit drastically, got us in a war, raised the poverty level in the US, just to name a couple of things. Sure, he did cut some taxes, but he also increased our deficit which is gonna come back around and bite us in the ass years down the line. He had his 4 years in office and didn't do anything productive, so I don't see why anyone would want to vote him in for another 4 years. |

I support Kerry over Bush because I have read beyond the soundbites.

Flip flops :1orglaugh
Only thing I can think of when I hear that is those sandles that slap the bottom of the feet when walking. (see right side of sig to get out of this left versus right nonsense) |
I'd rather have a flip-flop than a clog.

Politic sux :2 cents:

I would rather see a president who can realise he was wrong and adapt than one who will "stay the course" no matter how ridiculous and destructive that course happens to be. So what if he voted for the war? That was the wrong decision then and is still the wrong decision now. But it was based on the wrong intelligence provided and sexed up by the Bush administration...
At least one of the two major candidates acknowledges that it was the wrong decision. They other one has lost track with reality. Probably Bush is on coke again :1orglaugh |

Someone say flip flop?
# Bush is against campaign finance reform; then he's for it. # Bush is against a Homeland Security Department; then he's for it. # Bush is against a 9/11 commission; then he's for it. # Bush is against an Iraq WMD investigation; then he's for it. # Bush is against nation building; then he's for it. # Bush is against deficits; then he's for them. # Bush is for free trade; then he's for tariffs on steel; then he's against them again. # Bush is against the U.S. taking a role in the Israeli Palestinian conflict; then he pushes for a "road map" and a Palestinian State. # Bush is for states right to decide on gay marriage, then he is for changing the constitution. # Bush first says he'll provide money for first responders (fire, police, emergency), then he doesn't. # Bush first says that 'help is on the way' to the military ... then he cuts benefits # Bush-"The most important thing is for us to find Osama bin Laden. Bush-"I don't know where he is. I have no idea and I really don't care. # Bush claims to be in favor of the environment and then secretly starts drilling on Padre Island. # Bush talks about helping education and increases mandates while cutting funding. # Bush first says the U.S. won't negotiate with North Korea. Now he will # Bush goes to Bob Jones University. Then say's he shouldn't have. # Bush said he would demand a U.N. Security Council vote on whether to sanction military action against Iraq. Later Bush announced he would not call for a vote # Bush said the "mission accomplished" banner was put up by the sailors. Bush later admits it was his advance team. # Bush was for fingerprinting and photographing Mexicans who enter the US. Bush after meeting with Pres. Fox, he's against it. |
I dislike Bush more than I dislike Kerry. Does that make me a Kerry supporter then ? I guess so, since by that logic I'm going to vote for Kerry because he holds the least amount of my dislike.

One of the reasons I would vote for him is that when he sees new evidence he changes his mind about what he thought was right. Much like the public does when they see the factsd. Where as Bush keeps on going even when the evidence shows him to be wrong. Being resolute is only good when you are right, when you are wrong it's called blind stupidity. Now all flame me and tell me where the WMDs are and how Iraq was in league with Bin Laden, Al Queda and about to attack the US. |

I do. Simple. Bush wants me out of business and in jail. Kerry couldn't care less what I do for a living.
