Oh my God - then when we finally had the answer MikeB decides to throw in another one that we couldn't figure out for good measure!

Actually my son's math teacher wanted the students to explain what their parents do for a living & had a plethora of questions regarding what mathematical skills are required for their jobs. Then I had to discuss the benefits of knowing your math & why they should be taking it all in like sponges if they want to be successful in any career they chose. It was so descriptive (of online-pharmacies/sales/stats/roi & such) I know she'll call me in to explain it to the class!
