just take into account i am a high school drop out.. a convicted felon, had my pilots license revoked and have a slight drug problem. and i am pretty damn successful.

how many of you idiots went to college and are now making galleries?

hate to say it, but yes I am a highschool dropout. they did tests on kids who dropped out, most were becuase they were bored in school....personally i was. but i cant wait to start college. hopefully i can make registration tomorrow if i dont go to pittsburg. going for ebusiness.

EDIT: I've got a computer hacking charge, got dropped. Got an underage DUI - flipped and totalled a car. And a tresspassing charge.

Personally I think people running around looking up to others and kissing ass are pathetic. No need to envy someone, no need to be jealous of someone. Respect is all that is needed. Anybody can be successful, just need to have the drive and make the right things happen.

It bored the bejeezers out of me while I was in math class doodling around with differentials and integrals while that one loud incompetant (every class has one) would repeatedly ask the same inane questions over and over... "What's a limit? Can you explain logs again?" blah blah blah

I was better off, although one of these days I should do distance ed and finish off my grade 12, just so I know that I finished it.

I gotta admit that I do get a bit of a self-gratifying ego boost when I tell people I'm a high school dropout and they all tell me I'm full of shit... but it's a bit hard when I'm trying to tell my kids "No, you can't drop out and end up doing as well as I am... you're not me, and now's not then."

Heh... is that inspiring? To me it was just a bit of a rough patch of life. I was out on my own at a pretty early age so the whole radio electronics gig was one of those things what I needed to do to survive. Fucker that I worked for was a total slavedriver too... probably knew that I was in a shit position and capitalized on it.

Now if I was talking about a few years later, homeless and starving (literally... 220lbs to 160lbs in 3-4 months), before capitalizing on a lucky break and starting my climb up to where I am today, that's a bit more inspirational I think... but I'm probably a bit biased.
