The best band you never heard off here! What are you favs?
 
Im always looking at expanding my musical tastes and some of the best bands iIfound are never in the top 40 on any chart.

What are some of the best bands that I have never heard of?

My gf's brother is the drummer. They just put out a CD called "Footwork" , It's a crazy mix of Jazz, Funk, Hip-Hop and Alternative Rock. They have all the regular instruments along with a brass section, piano, and keyboard.

It's so crazy that The Libertines got so big. 6, 7 years ago my band was playing basement shows with them. They were awesome back then too.

some of my friends just got back from NY and said there was someone flipping out by CBGBs that the Libertines were the best show ever.
