Also found more using my content - The referrer uses the id "serious" The link is to a serious coin web site

I tried hard to get a user/pass from serious coin to check out their web site - I was then asked to prove the content is mine, if I could do that, then they would remove the galleries!

Well - I have all the papers signed by the models when we shot these galleries at my studios -

We asked you politely for some proof that content is yours. That is the way to work over these issues. We deal with the same situations when other webmasters steal our exclusive content and use to promote other sponsors. But I can't just contact program's owner and tell him "Remove the gallery because I shot this content and I will show you no proof because I know that this content is mine. "

The gallery belongs to our afilliate and hosted on our bannerless hosting. I can't just delete the pics without any proof.

I'd have to agree with Desparate Andy here....while if an accusation is made proof of ownership by the accuser should be provided first before any action is taken by the sponsor...of course if proof is providen than a license for the photos should be provided by the webmaster to save their hides =)

I know I'd be pissed if a sponsor threatened to close my account if someone accused me of content stealing with no proof...I have licenses to prove usability of all my photos but I have enough work in a day to do :Graucho

So is it a coincidence that the affiliate uses the same username as the program? How many affiliates use a different username for each program? Wouldnt most people use the same?

Im not saying you guys stole it, but it looks to the rest of us that its one of your own galleries, especially as its design is so much like the pay site, looks definatly like the same designer

People steal ours all the time, you would be amazed at the number of emails we get from members pointing out exact gallerys/sites using our content. Pretty simple to spot since we are totally exclusive. Simple solution, get the whois info, send info to the lawyer and let him take care of it.

During registration webmaster may choose any account ID which is unique for Ibill's revshare base (because we create the revshare account for Ibill as well and provide access to affiliate).

I don't know who designed this gallery template. But obviously the parts of paysite's design were used to create this template. You may check join page of FashionPantyhose and see what I mean. If webmaster is familiar with Photoshop, he may create any promo materials to promote our sites. It's not forbidden to use paysite's graphics.

I have something like 50 sets of the first girl in my members area, and several videos - If people decide what is posted now not total proof, then I will offer a user/pass for more verification.

so your saying the affiliate didnt want to use the usuall username he can remember, just like everyone else does, but instead, uses the program name everytime he signs up to a new program? he must have a ton of usernames, and I guess hes lucky that they are not taken before everytime :)

Well he certainly spent alot of time getting the design style exactly the same, virtually no difference, maybe you should hire this guy as he can duplicate any style exactly down to every last detail. Yah think? :winkwink:

I decided to go direct to the programme owners first because this is pretty obviously an inhouse gallery - id=serious and the gallery template taken from the paysite design.

Their denial left me with little option other than exposing them for content theft.

These images are on your servers, why not just delete them and we're all happy.

I can't delete the galleries without proof. Let me check the RAW files Harlot Dyker posted. If it will be sufficient for us - we will delete them immediately.

You should learn basic Internet terms.

Say, if you use a free server like SmutServer and decide host your domain with them. You ask them to park your domain. Smutserver do not own your domain but they may delete the files on their server. I know that it looks like magic for you, but that's how Internet works. :glugglug

One more lesson of Internet: The domain may be deleted by ICANN registrar only.

And the last one: If someone steals your content, prove that content is stolen before accusing everyone.

Clear your cache. I double checked it, the files were physically removed from the server. It's 404 now.

Wouldn't know anything at all about free servers or leased servers or pay per gig servers - I am not a cheapscate - I bought my own servers in much the way I do everything else - Content, for example is 100% mine because I organise models and film them - You can glugg - But you are a cheapscate content theif who got caught
One minute you say the domain is on your server - If it is, learn how to use your server nad remove a domain from it -
