F****** content thieves!
Gallery
Also found more using my content - The referrer uses the id "serious" The link is to a serious coin web site I tried hard to get a user/pass from serious coin to check out their web site - I was then asked to prove the content is mine, if I could do that, then they would remove the galleries! Well - I have all the papers signed by the models when we shot these galleries at my studios - Challenge serious coin to show whatever they have to prove ownership :1orglaugh |
If a sponsor doesnt care about stolen content, then why should the care about paying their webmasters? I guess they wouldnt
I wouldn't ever trust a sponsor who didn't care about using stolen content. Theres far to much of this going on :( |
shes hot:glugglug

The gallery belongs to our afilliate and hosted on our bannerless hosting. I can't just delete the pics without any proof. go read what's DMCA now. |
I'd have to agree with Desparate Andy here....while if an accusation is made proof of ownership by the accuser should be provided first before any action is taken by the sponsor...of course if proof is providen than a license for the photos should be provided by the webmaster to save their hides =)
I know I'd be pissed if a sponsor threatened to close my account if someone accused me of content stealing with no proof...I have licenses to prove usability of all my photos but I have enough work in a day to do :Graucho |

Im not saying you guys stole it, but it looks to the rest of us that its one of your own galleries, especially as its design is so much like the pay site, looks definatly like the same designer I could be way off, Im sorry if I am, but that username would make me think its the sponsors own gallery on there own hosting with there own design, but hey Im often wrong, just the way it looks to me |

As per your icq - You asked me to speak to your partner - I wrote, but no one replied |
People steal ours all the time, you would be amazed at the number of emails we get from members pointing out exact gallerys/sites using our content. Pretty simple to spot since we are totally exclusive. Simple solution, get the whois info, send info to the lawyer and let him take care of it.

2nd Stolen Gallery Found
Raw Images Of That Set Tha last 5 images shown in raw form are of the 2nd girl, Natasha, posing on the very same table as the girl (Katarzyna) in the first set stolen from me. Personally, I think that is pretty conclusive - Now please remove all content you have on your servers that belongs to me right away - Final Warning I have something like 50 sets of the first girl in my members area, and several videos - If people decide what is posted now not total proof, then I will offer a user/pass for more verification. |

I decided to go direct to the programme owners first because this is pretty obviously an inhouse gallery - id=serious and the gallery template taken from the paysite design. Their denial left me with little option other than exposing them for content theft. |

Similar images doesn't mean that you own the content exclusively. You may send DMCA directly to our hoster or models release to us. We will work on this issue as soon as proof will be received. Quote:
PS. In ICQ message you told me that you have no time to deal with it. Instead of providing us with proof you started this drama on board spending your own and our time as well. Strange tactics... |

Nice to hear!!! |

We don't own this domain. Contact domain owner using email at WHOIS or send DMCA to our hoster. Period. |

If I haven't sold them to anybody, nobody has the right to use my images - All of my sites are unique because we only use our own content - When somebody steals it, it loses its originality - Now please remove them - I think 3 times asking this same questions prove me to be more than reasonable. I have more than proved my case - |
So.... He wants the models releases to go with the stolen content. :1orglaugh
I hope you didn't sent them :Graucho |

If you want me to make you look a total liar, I will post the icq session with your partner - In it, he makes a statement that he can delete these galleries himself... Ok - I do not talk bullshit as you infer - Final warning PLEASE REMOVE MY IMAGES NOW ... |

Once again Dyker. It's not sufficient just to ask. Have you shown me the RAW images at least when contacted me, we would resolve this issue immediately. You know that you're the only owner of this content. But we don't. |

http://pantyhose-point.com/fp0702/pa...efetish4u.html both galleries were removed. Thank you! |

I call this bullshit. We don't own this domain. Contact domain owner using email at WHOIS or send DMCA to our hoster. Period. That is nice - You don't own the domain, but you were able to delete the stolen content... Hopefully you will delete the domain - I wouldn't like to find any more content stolen from me... |

You should learn basic Internet terms. Say, if you use a free server like SmutServer and decide host your domain with them. You ask them to park your domain. Smutserver do not own your domain but they may delete the files on their server. I know that it looks like magic for you, but that's how Internet works. :glugglug Quote:

And the last one: If someone steals your content, prove that content is stolen before accusing everyone.

Must be that pesky affiliate.... they're always up to no good :1orglaugh |

Clear your cache. I double checked it, the files were physically removed from the server. It's 404 now. |
Quote:
BTW, no need to clear my cache. I'm set to request the page from the server on every visit.. :1orglaugh |
is it a copyright infringment or what? u shud take actions.

Wouldn't know anything at all about free servers or leased servers or pay per gig servers - I am not a cheapscate - I bought my own servers in much the way I do everything else - Content, for example is 100% mine because I organise models and film them - You can glugg - But you are a cheapscate content theif who got caught One minute you say the domain is on your server - If it is, learn how to use your server nad remove a domain from it - You are a lowlife content thief - I have been producing original content for my sites since 1996 - Go buy a camera and try it - Na - you would probably steal one first - Now let's get straight - You were caught - Name calling and insults put you at the level where everybody can see where your programme aught to be - In the fucking shitter. Live with it thief- |
