4 days to go and I'm sick
 

My husband had a head cold and is over it now, and this morning I wake up congested, sore throat, runny nose and fever. Damn him all to fuck! That sonofabitch brought home this cold and gave it to me right before Internext!! :mad:

No problem. I'll take my meds, drink my juice, eat my soup, and kick my husband's best friend, (who gave it to my husband), square in the nards. :feels-hot

LOL same thing here Tala...I was supposed to go to a kick ass party last night with a bunch of A list celebs here in Vegas but I opted to sleep in all day.

I woke up sneezing, tired achy head ache and so I just watched t.v. and dozed on and off all day long until about 8:30 pm last night.

I've got a busy month coming up...I'll only be home for about 14 days this entire month..the rest will be spent on biz trips..so I figured one day down rather than a week.

Little sore throat this morning. Just loaded up on 1000 mg's of Vit C to blast it.

I'm always sick just before Vegas.

A cold? Bah... 4 days is enough to recover.

It has been colder than it is supposed to be here in New Jersey, and the sudden temperature change is making a lot of people sick. My nose has been running a lot lately.:thumbsup

I'm doing my best. I wonder if I would feel this bad had I not been part of the bouncing team at a local nightclub last night. They had a pretty big band in and needed all the extra bodies they could get, and since I have enough extra body, I got stuck at the front door checking IDs and preventing people who had been thrown out from coming back in again.

It was 57 degrees out there. In AUGUST!! :helpme

Eros, I am in the same boat... be home 7 days this month rest on the road, visiting family, friends, business ,etc

Not going to be at home at all this month, including Internext.

Raven hands out tissues and hot toddies to all and reminds self to bring sanitizer and masks.

The only time I do the whole antibiotic routine is for an infection of some sort. Most of the time, I get over colds PDQ. No need for antibiotics. But I will be at the show and I will be at least silver. :glugglug
