Having said that, paying $7 for a $20 memebrship is lower than what other sites offer. You need to offer at least 50% and possibly 60%. You also need to provide the affiliates with some "tools", like banners, full page ads, half page ads, consoles, content and/or some free hosted galleries.

If you want to do the promotion yourself, then you can do things like link exchanges with other similar sites, and post galleries to TGPs for example.
