Every morning my neighbor goes out side around 7am - 9am wearing a tank top and different color thong. Today I finally snapped a photo of him walking back from taking out the trash. This picture was taken from my mud room. He is a bit liberal, which is fine, but it is typically the time kids walk to elementry school in the morning. He drinks coffee, does his landscaping wearing nothing but a flipping thong. He is nasty too!

I am going to get this picture blow up in a cardboard like picture, paste a stake on the back, and put it on his lawn in the morning, with the picture saying "Its a Boy"

Well so far there has been two or three neighbors who have seen him doing this. Myself and another Wife and husband that live directly across from him.

I don't know how to approach a person to say dont come out in your thong! Because the kids walk down the street etc. I dont care if he stays in his own backyard, but when infront of the house where everyone can view is ridiculous, and also that is the main walk way most elementry children walk to the school, which is just two blocks down.
