old school trick... it only works in IE and when you have the winxp classic or winxp blue themes enabled. If the highlighting doesn't appear in blue, it won't work.

Anyway, it's a neat little photoshop trick... it was done here on gfy for a few days, everyone marvelled at it. It's kinda neat, I still have some of the ones I did, but can't for the life of me remember exactly how to do it anymore.
