Lucky we only had 8k in our account. No major loss, we will get that money transferred out to us in time.

I'm just suprised it took so long for them to shut us down. Good thing my epassporte account and backup paypal accounts are still rocking :)

that sucks though DH. make sure you are careful with the backup accounts. fight the system.

does paypal keep the $ when they shut you down or do they send it to you?

I believe they hold the funds for 180 days and then issue you a check, but I could be mistaken.

a lot of big sponsor move their means of internet payments from paypal to epassporte.

ePassporte only handles transactions up to $500. That's the only thing I don't like about them. Other than that.. they're ok.

why not have numerous or one paypal account with hotmail adresses while asking clients to never use any adult terms or adresses... ?

I just wish there was an alternative that was more widely used in the mainstream.

I had my paypal frozen too, and it was because of one place that paid for posts. I never asked or signed up to be paid they just sent it on their own. They got shut down.. then I did..

I figure it was traced from them to me , because there were no other infringments on my part.

on a happy note, I did just get an e-mail saying they had sent a check that I would receive in 7 - 14 days, that was three days ago, I'll let you know if I get it ;)

They stopped processing adult in May of 03.

Well they got me as well 2 weeks ago.

I'd be real curious to know how much $$ they are losing every month without adult? I would guess quite a bit.....surprised they are still sticking to their guns on this.
