In russia mostly only students or criminals have internet access,that should explain some things,but nowdays more and more people have internet there.

Just redirect them to other sites if you are scared that they'll do fraudulent things and that's it.

We got two clients in Russia who are as good as gold and buy a lot.

Prime example, and on topic, in 1995 a Russian named Vladimir Levin hacked Citibank for over $10 million U.S.D. and did it with an IBM compatable computer and a 14.4 modem.

Really, if you want to blame countries for hacking, put the Asian countries at the top of the list, China and the Koreas are a royal pain in the ass. The only way they see my non-porn networks is via a U.S. proxy, and yes, I probably should IP filter the traffic and send them to a porn 404 just to stop that traffic altogether. :)
