Bill.

Kwame never really proved himself, beyond the ability to interview well with the Trump execs.

I am leaning towards Bill as well. I think he has proven to be a success in life financially, whereas Kwame seems more school bred...

Both are qualified and successful in their own right, but I think Bill has the edge.

Kwane..if he can succeed with Omarosa on his team than he deserves to win.

Bill i think will win, but its gonna be close.

i thinks bill, looks like he has more leadership qualities - maybe kwame does also but probably we are not seeing everything that is going, bill is the winner

maybe the people who got fired will all vote on it?

Bill is a leader and entrepreneur without a doubt and Kwame is highly educated and has a few years of work experience under his belt.

Bill would be good in a leadership position and Kwame would be good as a top executive. They're both top notch. It depends on what the Trumpster's looking for at this point.

For the record I think Bill should win.

I think Bill will win. Although Kwame does have the education you look for, Bill already is comfortable taken the reins and he has good leadership abilites.

Kwame is a good executive, but I don't think he as much of a leader as Bill. The position they're being hired for is the head of one of Trump's companies, so leadership ability is going to be important.

Yeah Bill has more hands on experience. He said it perfectly himself that he could have went on to do his MBA, but chose a different path.

I have a feeling that Omarossa was purposely trying to fuck up as a test to see how Kwame deals with it. Maybe Trump told one person on each team that they have to be the fuckup on the team. So I'm thinking we might see someone fuckup on Bill's team tonight as a test to see how well Bill handles an employee that fucks up?

You know anything about an internet business? Most of the time the boss isnt even needed if the employees know what the fuck to do. He wont take a paycut because he'll be making money just like he was before.

I think they suggested to them that they did not have to be model employees. Omarossa just took her proven incompentency to another level. I think that if Kwame does act like a boss and fires her ass he has no right running any company. After all he was given the task as a boss , nobody told him he could not fire her!
