I lost 50lbs on atkins. It was a piece of cake.

i think majority of the webmasters here are fat...

and ALL webmistresses are fucking huge as well, (besides the cam whores and content chix)

I used to be fat when I was like 10... that was when I first got into the internet. Then I somehow lost like 40 pounds just by sitting at the computer all day. Amazing!

actually being fat does suck... not that I want to be skinny either. The other day my kid asked me about doing something, I told him no... he asked if I said no cuz I was too fat. He's 5... made me stop and think about shit.:(

Went to the doctor today and he says "Levels of this are up and this is up and that's up..."

He said he could give me pills for all of the "this and that's" or we could call it a day if I lose 20 pounds.

I'm off to the treadmill right now and tonight at pool i'm only having 2 beers.

After the 20 i'm gonna tackle smoking.
