I'd value that domain name for less than $20k though...well - simply "ladies" is a quite general term and you never know what are the visitors exactly looking for.

I would say not worth 20k but is a good type in name I would think.

20k for that domain is high, even at auction. Try getting 10k, you might have more luck.

Not too hard to figure it out.
Target it to that niche. Assuming you can convert it at 1:500 (should be pretty easy) then you make around 500$/month
Less then a year and you get more then 5k.
Try valuation on three years, expected traffic growth, then you get to 20k.
This is without considering the resale value, brand value, and the value it has if you build your own site.

When you buy a type in name, your work ends once you find the sponsor to direct the traffic to.
